Returning Clients

If you are a returning client, you have access to our customer portal. Through this portal, you can:

  • Request lodging, grooming, & daycare reservations

  • Update your account information, including feeding & medication instructions

  • Purchase packages and view remaining credits

  • View reservations, invoices, and Pupdates (aka report cards)

  • Pay outstanding invoices and purchase store credit

  • Upload vaccines records
