You MUST setup your email/password with the staff at Happy Tails
prior to making on-line boarding reservations. You should be notified
within 48 hours via email if there is space available for the date(s) you have chosen.
Note: This form is for boarding only --- not daycare.
Vaccinations must be updated 72 hours prior to arrival.
Happy Tails staff will verify vaccinations upon reciept of reservation.
